skip steps if the user doesn't have any

- fix the skip button
- add name/description step
- add renew step

- don't refresh the page immediately when the response
  comes back, wait til all the activity finishes

- make sure the status icon and text are in 1 line always
- center stuff to the middle vertically

- change default button to simply represent a time
- add max-width 100% for graphs

- highlight the currently selected option

If an activity was already active it kept reloading #ops and introjs
couldn't find it.

Also removed the activity check if there is only 1 activity

- fix bootstrap class name
- make the activity timeline more readable on smaller screen

- users without customize privilige can change name, also the form
  will validate correctly
- if we open it without modal, on error the modal will not be shown
  again
