Feature Virtio

Enhance CIRCLE to use virtio-serial ports to communicate with the agent.

Requires (virtio branch):
:new: agentdriver
:new: vmdriver

Tests:

  • new-windows agent :white_check_mark: (Working virtio with update watchdog for service restart)
  • new-linux agent :white_check_mark:
  • legacy-windows agent :warning: (Old windows agent can't update)
  • legacy-linux: :white_check_mark: Working update with less than 16k tar
